FLAT FEE @ RM150 / USD50 (Per 5 Minutes)
Raw footage limited to 2 hours; extra charge may be quoted unless timestamps are provided.
SHORTS
FLAT FEE @ RM 35 / USD15 (MAX 60 SECONDS)
Raw footage limited to 5 minutes; extra charge may be quoted unless timestamps are provided.
Commissions
Terms of Service
By ordering a commission, you automatically accept the following Terms of Service. I reserve the right to update these terms for current or future projects with notice to affected clients.
I. Payment & Fees
✦ Payment of 50% is due upfront before work will begin.
✦ Payment can be made through Ko-Fi or Wise or PayPal in USD for international clients or through local bank in MYR for local clients.
✦ Video editing prices are starting prices (unless specified) and clients will be quoted based on project needs and complexity.
✦ Final unwatermarked video will only be handed over after full payment has been made.
✦ Rush fees may be charged depending on the scope of the project and time frame provided.
II. Timeline
✦ Work will only commence following the payment of 50% and the receiving of necessary details or files.
✦ Processing time may take longer depending on the project's size and scope.
✦The time to complete each project depends on the project's scope and complexity.
✦ General workflow is described at the bottom of the page.
III. Termination
✦ Commissions may be terminated with written notice from the client.
✦ Only partial refunds can be made depending on current stage of completion of the project.
✦ I reserve the right to terminate any commission for any reason with notice provided.
IV. Copyright
✦ It is not my responsibility to ensure that all materials provided by the client do not infringe on copyright or trademarks.
✦ I will try my best to ensure that extra materials I use will not trigger Youtube's Content ID as of time of editing.
✦ Client may not claim any commission as their own work.
✦ Client may credit me in the description of in the final upload as it is much appreciated.
✦ I reserve the right to include the work in my portfolio, online profile or pages, etc.
✦ Work may not be used to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence.
✦ Clients are not permitted to use commissioned work for block-chain related technology including but not limited to non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
General Workflow
✦ Client reaches out to me via any of my social media links, preferably Twitter.
✦ Discussion occurs between client and I to learn about project details and quoted price.
✦ Payment is made upfront and client provides necessary files to start work.
✦ I carry out the work, send progress to client, and revise based on client feedback.
✦ Once the work is completed, I will send a watermarked version of the final product for client reviewing.
✦ Client fulfils any remaining payments and then the final unwatermarked product will be sent.
